SoundSend Basics and what to expect
- The LED will be blinking White straight out of the box and will automatically find all speakers that are plugged in and in Associate mode (Blinking LED(s)) varies by speaker model/brand.
- To re-scan for speakers, or add new speakers, press and hold the WiSA SoundSend’s button for 5-seconds or until LED changes from green to white and then release. The LED will flash while scanning for speakers and once the LED is solid white, the SoundSend will be ready.
- Once all speakers are found, the LED will be solid White for 2 minutes and then turn off to
minimize visual distraction. - Enable Bluetooth and location services on your phone/tablet (use Android 8 or newer, any recent iOS revision).

WiSA App (Blue) (NEW)
Start the application and follow the guided setup. There are many new features that will help you customize and tailor your experience.
- MyAudio - This is where you will change your audio modes, bass management, overall frequency tuning, save preset configurations, and enable other features.
- MyZone - You can use MyZone to adjust the timing and delay of audio for each speaker by entering the distance from your viewing "sweet spot", test speakers by chiming them to confirm their positions and ensure they are connected, add, remove, see speaker info and even change their assigned positions easily in one screen.
- Speaker Trim - Have a single speaker channel that needs volume boost? Use speaker trim to hone your experience by pumping up the volume on your sub or center channel, or maybe the surrounds are too loud, so you could drop the volume lower if you need.
- Settings - Here you can:
- Set your configuration to 2.0, 2.1, 3.0, 3.1, 4.0, 4.1, 5.1, 7.1, 3.1.2, 5.1.2.
- Set your audio input source to HDMI ARC/eARC to Optical
- Select which SoundSend you wish to connect to in the case you have multiple named devices.
- See what type of audio the SoundSend is receiving by clicking Audio Format.
- Scan for new Speakers using Scan for Speakers.
- Factory reset your device.
- See your device's Firmware and mobile App versions.

- Revisit the Setup Wizard.

For the WiSA SoundSend App (Magenta)
Start the application and wait until it connects to customize your experience.
- Speaker Settings - Use this to verify your speakers are connected by chiming individual speakers, release speakers from the system, and see additional data by pressing the Action button.
- Speaker Trim - Have a single speaker channel that needs a volume boost? Use speaker trim to hone your experience by pumping up the volume on your sub or center channel, or maybe the surrounds are too loud, so you could drop the volume lower if you need.
- Audio Settings - This is where you will change your audio modes, bass management, overall frequency tuning, save preset configurations, and enable other features.
- Advanced Settings - Use Advanced Settings to:
- Set speaker configuration to 2.0, 2.1, 3.1, 4.1, 5.1, 7.1, 3.1.2, 5.1.2.
- Access Channel Check to chime individual speakers or move speakers to a new assignment.
- Use MyZone to adjust the timing and delay of audio for each speaker by entering the distance from your viewing "sweet spot"
- Scan for new Speakers using Scan for Speakers.
- Factory reset your device.
- See your device's Firmware and mobile App versions.
